      Pros

      Will soon be acquired by a larger company.

      Cons

      Off boarding employees at an alarming rate. HR is not available to employees, only looking out for company. Serious reports of inappropriate behavior are ignored.

      Pros

      The people here are very kind and the culture is a great mix of flexible/trusting and innovative. You're trusted to get your work done without micromanagement while still having the support you need.

      Cons

      It would be great if the ERGs could throw more virtual events for community building. With how large Ansys is, it's hard to meet colleagues sometimes.
