      Really good culture. Specifically like how helpful everyone is. Noone will let you fail. They'll help you learn and help you succeed.

      Cons

      Internal tools and processes are a bit cumbersome, but improving fast.

      Good team and nice environment.

      Pay and compensation are low in comparison to a lot of the industry, and often development is focused on the next big tech trend.

      Pros

      Ansys is an amazing company with awesome customer focused teams working towards solving highly complex power grid issues in chip design flows.

      Cons

      Integration of power integrity simulation and feedback into chip design flow has been bit of challenge and so need to partner with the EDA companies to make customer flows efficient.
