      ANSYS remote internship Fall term 2023

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, even as an intern. Whether it's supervisors or colleagues, everyone is actively willing to help you. There are one-on-one meetings for clarification and guidance. The entire internship process is well-organized, and I've learned a lot.

      Cons

      The disk space allocated for the intern's VDI is a bit limited. Sometimes, for testing purposes, it becomes necessary to install multiple versions, quickly filling up the available disk space.

      Ansys first mindset: Everyone at Ansys thinks of what can improve and grow the company products. People are humble and supportive. Minimal supervision, annual performance based bonus, etc.

      Cons

      At Ansys Rwanda, there’s no room for salary negotiation during interview process. No hybrid working style
