Job review after 90 days of work

Pros

- Very welcoming atmosphere - During the first 30 days, I received decent training on how to use ANSYS tools, in addition to softskills training - Team members are supportive and very helpful - Work pressure is good. Few days are crowded, and most days have fair workload - Flexible working hours: currently I'm working remotely for 4 days/week (only 1day/week in the office)

Cons

- Only 15-30% of my time goes for research. Most of the remaining time is spent on technical work mainly related to customers' issues/inquires. As a PhD graduate, I would like to have more of my time dedicated to research work.
