- Good quality work balance - Quality environment and positive attitude - Plenty of opportunities to grow - talented work colleagues

Cons

- Some want modern results but are reluctant to give up on legacy techniques and processes - Hard work is awarded but not by much leading to not being that motivated to do the same every year. - Being product development work + time and hard work put for work salaries are not justified - Normal salaries even IT services are offering the same (Less than market 2022 standards) -
