Good salary, great benefits, annual bonuses, some location flexibility, flexibility to move between teams. No pressure to take your work home with you.

Cons

Some software projects are poorly designed, resulting in high code churn and low morale. Many developers have gotten frustrated and left. Have a serious track record for buying out other companies rather than hiring employees and developing internally.

Ansys is 100% into Agile which makes for an awesome work environment. There was very little stress due to excellent planning of work by the managers.

Takes time to move up due to low turnover
