Pros

Co-workers, Tech Support Leadership, product support.

Cons

I had to go to another Outplacement company to get support that resulted in my new job. I was sent to Lee Hecked Harrison and could not get anyone to help with my resume, LinkedIn or even how to network. Kept sending me to online videos instead of working with me. Two consultants I was working with quit or were fired. Tired of telling my lay off story to different phone hotline consultants each time. Very frustrating. Can’t believe ANSYS pays for this poor service.

Pros

Good colleagues at mid level.

Cons

Managers are selfish people. New bunch of hired seniorr people are useless. HR is pathetic. Salary is lowest compared to it's competitors. Politics play a bigger role in promotions.
