      As far as work is concerned no new learnings and progress. If you are looking for relaxed and no worry workplace this is it.

      Pros

      ANSYS is the typical midwest based engineering firm. Treat you really well , good benefits but base pay is low. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be a part of a growing organization which treats you like a person, despite the size.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than industry standard. Growth was pretty stagnant on the engineering side.

      Not many places around to have fun. Compensation is not attractive.
