Pros

Working with employees is like a family, everybody looks out to each other. Employees are easy to work with and very outgoing. More room for improvements.

Cons

Not a lot of projects. Products have a short lifespan and the fun meter on new products are somewhat low.Engineers does not listen to ideas and suggestions.

Thank you for your constructive criticism. It's highly appreciated that you have voiced your opinion in a format that's easy to understand and highlights points we need to improve upon. Projects come and go. However, we do understand the need to provide more engaging and thoughtful projects that speak to today's audience. This has been noted and we will try to provide more creativity in the company. Pivoting a 30yr company is always a larger task than expected. We have started to experiment with other forms of opportunities within the company and hope to perfect and expand once we understand the scope of scalability.

No new creative products. Terrible management.

Antec did start as a family business, however, management is slowly transitioning and we hope to improve our professional management team soon! It is very exciting times! Thank you for your recommendation.

-Compensation is low -A lot of employee turnover (a lot is an understatement) -Benefits are minimal

We are happy to see that there is a lot of opportunity to grow at Antec. Constant turnover is definitely something we want to eliminate from the company. As a current employee, we hope you feel that we are making some of the necessary changes to improve work life/experience.
