-Meet great people -Resume builder, although not efficient for a career promotion

Cons

-Upper management completely incompetent and clueless -Constant disrespect and lack of appreciation to employees -HIGH turnover rate -Outdated programs and methods for a company in the computer hardware industry. -Underpay and minimal benefits
