Drug-friendly, easy-speaking coworkers and unlimited smoke breaks. Nobody on-the-clock gets fired, no matter how bad of a job they do. Easily manipulating test results for desirable outcomes saves times.

Cons

Management and leadership are narcissistic, lazy, and very bad at their jobs. The lead tech and supervisor have a condescending and rude attitude that motorizes the revolving door of quitters. Education and work ethics are less important than compliance and gross production. Talent is exploited. Racism and sexism drive promotional decisions, not the performance of confident workers. The only way to lose your job is to quit.
