      Pros

      The pay was pretty good.

      Cons

      This was the most dysfunctional and unprofessional environment I have ever had the misfortune to work in. Integrity is completely non-existant. I was expected to figure out the responsibilities and how to perform them on my own and was criticized at every turn. I worked there for 9 months without a single word of encouragement uttered in my direction.
