This was the worst job ever. Literally no one in the entire facility enjoyed their job, every single one has a stressed or annoyed look on their face, and they complain constantly about how miserable they are. The top boss, to the lowest paid person hates being here. If you like having pride in your work, it's going to be impossible because nothing anyone here does is ever enough, or ever appreciated by anyone. I was so stressed with trying to impress my boss, bending over backwards day in and day out for absolutely nothing but condescending remarks, blatant lies, and demands for more and more. I became physically ill because no matter what I did, it was never good enough. This place is an absolute nightmare, believe the negative reviews! Do yourself a huge favor and pass up this job, there are better opportunities. Don't become an Antech Diagnostics statistic, turn-over in this place is enormous!

HORRIBLE PAY, 3rd shift does not even receive a shift differential, work 12 hour days 80% of time due to understaffing and horrible retention of long term employees, no time off, requests off HAHA, I witnessed physical fights between co workers with zero punishment, people sleeping, drinking and getting high on the job- this place is a joke and I'm surprised they can deliver accurate results due to the volume of samples to employees.
