Extremely toxic negative working environment coming from the top down. Constant changes and a push for too many changes and “transformation” objectives at one time with a ridiculous short expected launch time frame. 10 people working on the same task because no one communicates anymore. The culture is negative and morale is the lowest seen in many many years (from commentary from at least 3 different departments) Complete cluster of a mess with the weakest leadership seen in years. No transparency from leadership and everyone is on edge. No one trusts leadership and executives.
