Growing company with tons of upward mobility. Company is making investments in benefits and retirement plans for employees. Continuing education and training opportunities for those that want to grow personally or professionally.

Cons

PTO plan is a bit weak for such a prominent company.

Get at least two days off Has nights availability When the work is done your done You actually see your higher ups Get lots of experience in lab Can be overtime as workload allows Generous PTO Can listen to music as you work

Loads of information when first onboarding Tasks get repetitive

Pros

The culture if great here. I've worked many different jobs, but this is by far the best one. I was new to this type of work, but they train well and will teach you all you need to know. They seem to genuinely care about their employees and of course pets! I think the pay is good, and this is a company I look forward growing my career with. **Side note- they have cool little things at my location like black boards you can write on with positive messages and birthday mentions for the month. They also do little things for the holidays as well which is nice.

Cons

Can be fast paced during busy times, but is manageable with a great team to work with. I currently don't have an issue with this since we all communicate well and everyone is really helpful.
