      Hybrid position so flexibility in working from home and office. Amazing people and management- I have every opportunity to give constructive criticism, share ideas and brainstorm. All ideas are welcome and encouraged. Great work/life balance as well.

      - most people you work with are nice, friendly people - work itself is not too difficult because it is repetitive every night - hiring often - would recommend if you are looking for a short term job (1-2 yrs)

      Cons

      - when coworkers call out, especially on weekends, it can get very tiring since it is a very fast paced environment - many people join and quit after a few months
