      Terrible Culture, Management, and Compensation

      Pros

      The job description and duties is very easy.

      Cons

      Bad communication between departments and management chain. Culture is very old school. Company is cheap; does not invest in better training for employees and forces higher production goals on short handed staff. Over worked, and under paid. Displays of nepotism and bad politics within upper management; this does not cultivate trust from staff and employees. PAY IS VERY BAD.. humiliating even, for this industry. There is no room for growth; promotions are available only when individuals quit or retire.

      Pros

      Overall good place to work if you're learning. I work in a good department with a great manager, so I feel appreciated. My manager is great about providing extra training when needed, and advancement when available.

      Cons

      The benefits are pretty bad, and you do pay a lot out of pocket. Your starting pay means EVERYTHING. If you do not fight for a good starting pay, you will only get 3% yearly. That is ridiculous.
