Pros
Some good people that have been around for years. They remember a time when things were better for the employees. They are waiting for that time to return.
Cons
Extremely political environment. Operations management is a mess. Very good at managing up, not down. The vet techs are at the bottom and treated like it. Lab managers and supervisors are managing chaos. Regional VPs and HR has its hands tied. Finance makes all the business decisions. Lab is squeezed for every dollar while management loves to travel, and wine and dine.
