Management operates based on favoritism, HR is absolutely useless in doing anything relevant to their job. Only thing HR does is enable corrupt management and take their sides, it is notoriously known here to save your mental by not taking things up to HR because they will not do anything and it will only shatter your morale and pride. Work nights are so rough, periods of time where they purposefully understaff you and make you work like a dog, stress you out mentally and physically and push you to the point of burn out while you witness other people receiving the perks of being one of management's favorites and get to slack off with their work. I was heavily suicidal because of this place's work culture, and would not want to wake up and get out of bed to come there. I'd come half an hour to an hour late, do my entire share of work early, and half of someone else's because they don't care to push themselves to do work. They're too busy throwing wax pieces at some guy they like while I sit next to him and dodge every hour or so because I'm not trying to get blinded by a brick of paraffin. But management doesn't care whatsoever. This place destroyed my light and my flame, my physical wellbeing because of the overnight shift, and they did not care whatsoever.

Overworked, underpaid, undervalued. Company just did wage evaluations to increase their significantly lower wages. Play favorites between departments without understanding what some departments actually do. Management does NOT care about you. VPs across the nation make decisions based on their PERSONAL feelings versus beneficial contributions by employees. Innovative ideas are not welcomed if your manager doesn’t like you. Upper Management STEALS your ideas and makes them theirs with ZERO credit to you.
