-Over the past year Antech has increased Total Rewards in key areas/departments, improved employer match 401k program by increasing the match from 2% up to 3.5%, and increased employer contributions to medical benefit premiums, causing a decrease in cost to Associates, even with increasing cost to Antech.

Antech is a growing company providing lots of opportunity for development. It is great to be contributing to the veterinary industry. There is a lot to accomplish and you will definitely work hard. The company leadership cares about its employees and in the time I've been here has been working to make improvements based on internal survey feedback.

Antech is a growing company with typical growing pains and challenges, such as creating new programs and processes.

Pros

Company has good benefits. They also offer discounted Pet insurance which helps a lot if you are a pet owner. Lots of learning opportunities. You can train in another area in down time. Supportive managers. Over-time available to those who wants to earn extra money.

Cons

Third-shift. Summer are demanding. You have to be able to work alternating Saturdays. Sometimes you go over 8 hour shifts. Commute can be far.
