Engaged, passionate colleagues. Management that empowers employees to implement their ideas and drive improvements where they see opportunity. Fast moving and growing organization so lots of opportunity for career growth and you never get bored!

Cons

This is a fast paced, quickly growing environment so not a good fit for people who don't like change or want to move slowly.
