Innovative yet disfunctional

Pros

The company over all invest in innovation for its clients. They do provide unique solutions for veterinarians and can cater to their individual needs.

Cons

Innovation unfortunately doesn’t extend the employees. Internal systems are outdated and mismanaged. New systems that are introduced i.e. Salesforce have been poorly integrated and are of very little help to anyone other than upper management. As far as Compensation. They are below the industry standard. Their base salary is about 3/4 of their competitors. Commission and bonuses are also lower. If the responsibilities were less it would be understandable unfortunately you will be doing the job of 2-3 people as they have not invested/ developed prudent rolls in (inside sales, marketing, business development and billing) With commissions there is not a clear and easy way to track what your commissions. There have been multiple quarters where commission statements came out after the commission check and the are not broken down into categories. Micromanagement has become the main focus of upper management and has started to hinder workflow and has created a culture of burnout.
