      Decent food choices if you dont bring/have lunch. Bonus pay on weekends.

      Very toxic workplace environment. Feels very cliquey and management is part of the problem.

      Fairly easy work Good place to get experience

      Cons

      -No room for growth -No opportunity to learn from other labs that did more work -First group to be blamed for any missing specimen (almost always lost in transit to another lab which was not the responsibility of lab techs but courier and airlines)
