      Pros

      If you care about Animal health and working for a great team, Antech is the home for you. The company really stands behind the mission of Animal Health as its top priority. The company also really emphasizes Work/Life balance and has an excellent Total Rewards package.

      Cons

      The company could continue to improve its compensation and bonus structures, which in the recent year it has made large strides in improving.

      The management is nice. They will accept alot of adjustment you ask for which was great.

      Alot of work, expect to be given more work just because you work a faster pace than others
