Pros

Great teams of highly motivated and passionate employees in every department. Good learning and growth opportunities in several different areas of veterinary diagnostics. Excellent pet discounts.

Cons

Communication and organization between different teams sometimes challenging, not very competitive pay, can be working lots of overtime depending on your position, lots of pressure in operations to meet turn around times.

Pros

I have worked for the Lab for many years and can see the differences that are being made. I can see a future here and think Antech values their associates.

Cons

Short staffed but with adding competitive salaries and the addition of night differential I can see it will get better.
