      Pros

      You get to learn from coworkers and assistant manager. You receive hand on experience wither in grossing, microtomy depending on which position you apply for.

      Cons

      If you've witnessed something that there has been foul play between coworkers, please do something about it. Otherwise this department will not run. Just because you work with animal tissue, treat it with respect because they are considered as love ones.

      Cons

      Bad HR, Supervisor,Management operation. Clique mentality. Messes up PTO and Vacation hours/ Benefits adversely. Does not care for employees which results in Massive turn-over rate.
