It's hard to find pros for this company as whatever little if any pros there is present is quickly taken away but the awful way employees are treated.
Cons
From the leadership level to management this company treats employees with no respectful always talking down to employees and second guessing employees even when there is evidence that an issue is not with employees but clients and vendors. From the chief medical officer who is so arrogant and have no respect for anyone to the chief scientific officer who speak to employees with no respect, and yell and try to degrade employees, to the managers of this company. This company is a buddy buddy company for you to even move up in this company you have to be in the circle. This company has a way of only allowing employees to arrange their vacation based upon their availability and even gets angry when employees try to take vacation towards end of week and but it will cost the company too much to have someone filled in for them.
