Engaged, passionate colleagues. Management that empowers employees to implement their ideas and drive improvements where they see opportunity. Fast moving and growing organization so lots of opportunity for career growth and you never get bored!

Cons

This is a fast paced, quickly growing environment so not a good fit for people who don't like change or want to move slowly.

Fantastic work environment. They do special things for almost every holiday. They work with your schedule if you happen to need to leave early or call out.

I have worked in various Antech laboratories ranging from small STAT labs to large 24 hour labs. This company has grown immensely in the time I have been with Antech, they have had a strong focus on associate satisfaction for the last few years and made significate improvements to total rewards. I have always found that this company will help you grow and learn if you are motivated and willing to take on new responsibilities. They have made significate investments in the pay scales across all positions and have become more competitive. I am very excited to see the future as Antech continues to invest in its associates and innovations to grow in the diagnostic space.
