Lot of responsibilities are given to each individual and hence more learning Some very good seniors from whom a lot can be learnt High Salary Flexible Timings Free food (but its pathetic)

Cons

Very Unstable company, keep firing at regular intervals. So its only for those who are lucky and are really good in what they do, so that they don't need to worry about their job Company work on its own propriety platforms, which reduces the scope of learning

Good job for people wanting to kick-start their career and then to leave it.

Pros

Average salary, possibility to interact with cutting-edge technologies, good benefits, great people in the office, great atmosphere.

Cons

Products seems to be chaotic, no long-term plan for them and if some heavy changes during the process disturbing implementation, some projects seems to be ad-hoc driven, management seems not to listen to employees.
