1. A lot of very talented, hard-working & creative people. 2. Good compensation package If you can bring in the numbers 3. Strong marketing messaging

Cons

1. Inability to successfully integrate disparate technologies into a cohesive solution. 2. AMPChroma looks good on the surface but fails to deliver once prospects peek under the hood. 3. Frustrated sales engineering organization primarily due to developments inability to deliver on promised functionality and integration. 4. Lack of repeatable sales process/methodology. 5. Recent heavy losses to the sales organization due to terminations and resignations. 6.
