Pros

Friendly, hard-working people throughout most of the company. Work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work remotely when needed.

Cons

Google "Mobile Apps Platform Player Antenna Software - From IPO Dreams to Rapid Decline and Bargain Acquisition" and read the article....will explain everything. Management cared more about their ego and getting themselves paid than doing what's best for the company as a whole. Good people were laid off to protect having to fire the senior executives who were the real problem.

Pros

Flexible work hours, lots of perks like multisport card, free fruits on Tuesdays and Thursdays, friendly coworkers and great atmosphere. Great personal development opportunities - to a point. Lots of groups organized by employees and supported by the company, e.g: cyclists, runners, gamers, etc.

Cons

It is possible to "hit a ceiling" and stop improving your skills base. The work stops being challenging in some point.

Antenna has been best place to understand End to End Enterprise Mobility Solution. For People with interest in Native as well as Hybrid Mobile Application development equal opportunity has been there. Compensation has been good.

Cons

Diversified solutions took the company off track, should be getting well with new brand. Focus on stabilized single product would be a key for growth.
