Eight hours PTO in your birthday month, insurance, 401K.. but honestly, all of this feels bare minimum.

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. Most executives seem condescending and overall artificial. They offer "friendly" takeovers but will turn hostile once in place, downsizing by as much as 40% of the workforce. Raises are regular, but minimal (2% per year). Opportunity for advancement is non-existent, preferring to hire outside of the company via head-hunting.
