Pros

insurance was OK when I was there (last year 2015), and some of the people I worked with were great in many ways.

Cons

Administration - significant and chronic systemic problems, management - middle and upper are dysfuncitonal and unable to make needed change, pay is terrible, and the employess always pay for managerial dysfunction. A lot of underlying clicks and secrets - petty environment. And to respond to a former comment, "surprised someone hasn't sued" well people have through the years, but I don't know the outcomes. Overall I would think twice before working there.. .

students are great and it's downtown.

Cons

administration, pay, benefits, retention, follow through, planning. Very short sighted always retroactively working on things.
