Pros

I started there in 2015, when it was Manga they where really good to their people. And cared about their employees. I still work there because I keep to myself an do my job. Guess better to have a bad job then none.

Cons

Antolin took over and made a lot of promise, does not care about it employees all they care about is numbers. Have spent 8 hours painting or cleaning instead of running machines. They think by buying a bunch of pizza for their employees is being grateful. Management plays favorites, and a lot of Childress people who get away with a lot, would get better results if it treated their good employees better, and rid of the bad ones. Needs a lot of improvements. Never know what is going on when you come into work because upper management doesn’t have a clue.

Pros

The insurance is free and absolutely amazing and is the main reason many employees have stayed as long as they have!

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, poor management, line leaders aren't even properly trained, and you WILL get cussed out on a daily basis
