      The HQ is the only one decision maker, with centralization of many activities and departments (difficult to imagine a management career if you are working in another location). No autonomy for employees No salary increase ....

      Pros

      Traveling a lot cross Europe and depending on the position and project also around the world Very helpful colleagues in all the areas

      Cons

      Being in a foreign country and working for a company of my country, I would have expected a better treatment, specially for the technical direction. Their ways were not the most friendly neither the most honest. I was promised to do and work with a customer and after leaving one city and going to other (700km away) they gave me a project close to the first city leaving my family alone every week.
