Pros
There are some very good and talented people in this company, most are at the working level. You will be treated well by fellow employees at your level or below. Others may help you, but must be asked. There is plenty of opportunity, maybe more than you want at times.
Cons
When ever important/critical decisions are made, expect the most illogical result/outcome. The company is severly divided within by the different core groups as senior managers have their own 'hidden agendas'. Advancement, unless you're Spanish, or have a high level 'sponser' is nonexistenet. Pay, salary, bonus' are near bottom end of industry. Company 'tools' for ease of job completion are non-existant or useless.
