Pros
Pay isn't bad when you get the hours. Great insurance.
Cons
Hours suck. Work overtime Monday though Thursday just to not work on Friday. Then other departments work you like crazy and then cut hours all of a sudden. They don't count vacation or sick days toward overtime anymore so even if you do work over, it's just straight time until your hours worked hits 40 hours. They changed the point system policy. At 15 points you get fired but each call in is 4 points. 1-5 minutes late is 1 point. Haven't been paying profit sharing and did not even get a cost of living raise this year even though the cost of everything has gone up. Turn over is insane. People who have been there for years are leaving because of the treatment from management and not getting enough hours to pay basic bills. Most good management has left.
