Only pro is you get to work with cannabis.

Cons

They were always late to start working. You only get paid what you trim and a lot of the times you are sitting there waiting on them. The owner is constantly yelling and cussing people out while he makes bank and paid me $3 an hour to trim marijuana. It’s ridiculous, they use trim bins and get all the keef from the marijuana as well from you, but you don’t get paid for that. Keef has sold for up to $50 a gram at some places.
