Pros
The job does have good pay and some incentives like sign on bonus for ppl you refer. Some of the people are cool.
Cons
1.point system 2.no music , makes the day slower. All you hear is loud machines and loud people talking. 3.they don’t seem to value you as a human. If you’re sick and have to leave it’s a point. If you have a family emergency and you leave it’s a point 1/2 or not. 4. Turnover rate is high because nobody wants to work for people who don’t care about the well being of their workers. 5. Your constantly laid off every other month. 6.I feel like it’s a controlled or to be controlled job. 7. People are messy / but that’s everywhere.
