Working alongside some great people, before they all eventually left the company.

Cons

Substandard and unqualified executive management team, unhealthy work culture/environment, zero investment in DEI, below industry average pay, no one ever gets the full bonus because company never makes its targets. If you are not Spanish, you are treated with less respect and consideration. Overall, a toxic work environment that can be poisonous if you stay too long.

People are great and benefits are good. Clean facility. Get out early on Fridays. Flex time.

Cons

Desks are small and not private. Loud environment since desks are so close. Hard to have a conf call with people right next to you talking. Not a lot of opportunity for promotion. Privately owned and a bit disorganized as no two programs/plants follow the same rules.
