Antra offers a friendly and supportive work environment, especially for people who are starting their careers in software. The company provides useful training, opportunities to gain practical knowledge. I also appreciated the professionalism of the immigration team. During my time with the company, the immigration team responded promptly to my questions and handled the H-1B process carefully and professionally.

Cons

The main drawbacks are the limited PTO and the relatively low pay growth

I learnt a lot in my training with Antra and became more familiar with industry tools.

Cons

There are some good trainers, and there are some trainers who are not as good at teaching. So the experience really depend on your batch.
