      1. They treat you well. 2. They teach you well. 3. They are really reasonable people.

      Cons

      1. They don't pay you that high. 2. Marketing is a little bit sketchy but I think everyone is doing that.

      Pretty okay for a start as developer if you don’t have much experience and you want to be in the game.

      Cons

      Project is not stable. You have to relocate a lot if your project changes frequently. Salary is only about average.
