      good company but poor evaluation

      Pros

      Company is honest and helpful, great people and good guest house.

      Cons

      Worst interview I have ever had, especially the CTO who is the most impatient and impolite interviewer I have ever seen. He asks weird question which is irrelevant to the evaluation at beginning. Also he keeps ask u very detailed concept in the training slides. And as long as you could not get a perfect answer, he is sentencing you at that time. His attitude makes the interview a bad experience.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at this company. The best thing about this company is that they have a very competitive client profile. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with fortune 500 companies. It is a great starting point if you are open to relocation. Antra offers relocation package which will help you move. The compensation is good for recent entry level with opportunity to raise after 2080 working hours.The training process gives you a insight about the industry. There is a bit of learning curve, but it definitely helps you in the long run. You have to be eager to learn more at all time. You have to go extra miles in learning to be successful on your challenging projects. The company has a very knowledgeable team to support their consultants. This is a good choice if you have programming background or project management experience.

      Cons

      The paycheck delays. It takes long for the company to process the paycheck. When I relocate to new projects, I have very tight budget for the first month.
