Pros
They don't require a lot of experience, entry level starting pay is great, 5% raise every year, training and job placement was very thorough and helpful, great first job in the field, free coffee at training site
Cons
No bonuses, not actually salaried (contract says $74,000/year but you get paid hourly, so it's really $35.50/hour), only 1-2 weeks of paid vacation a year, only 3-5 holidays off a year, instructors can be extremely rude to non-native English speakers (they themselves are also non-native English speakers), pay period used to be 2 weeks then turned into 4 weeks this year so don't expect to see your first paycheck right away, you must accept the first offer from a client you get even if that means moving across the country, must do 2 week training onsite in Virginia unpaid, filling out time sheets and "bi-weekly evaluations" every other week can be tedious
