They delay the H1-B and green card processes on purpose. If there is an RFE, they send the response within the deadline week. They don't let you use your legal right to work with a law office you choose (They threaten to cancel I-140 if you don't work with their law office). Even while I was leaving them, they tried to cut a few thousands dollar from my saved amount in the pool (That pool system is also ridiculous). Most of the 5-star comments here are from their employers. Please stay away from this company
