Pros

Free gym membership and paraphernalia. Benefits are good depending on who owns your franchise.

Cons

Shady business practices. Price gouging people in rural communities. No upward mobility. Micromanaging gym managers including watching there every move via camera app. Daily cold calling no structure. The only way to stop payments for clients is if they die, go to military or have Dr note.

Don’t do it

Pros

Gym is fun to be in.

Cons

Terrible. They are interested in their own pockets and that’s it. Making the trainers do their dirty work and be sleazy. Taking peoples money for training sessions that “expire.” People will go on vacation or leave for a bit and lose hundreds of dollars all locked into a 1 year or 6 month contract. DO NOT DO PT HERE.
