Pros

The benefits I have include twenty four hour, free gym access for myself and one family member. A somewhat flexible work schedule, and the opportunity to earn commissions on sales.

Cons

There are no health or vacation benefits, limited help from corporate offices/owners, pay is low and employee reviews/raises are not given in a timely manner.

Pros

Ive worked at many gyms. The best thing is the ability to workout at the place you work. Then you know you will always do it.

Cons

The pay structure with this Anytime Fitness is different than other clubs Ive worked for. The commisions are not great and is based on retention not new enrollment.
