      Bureaucracy Despite Smaller Company Size

      Pros

      A lot of really nice people to work with and some really smart folks. I got along with everyone well.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy was a bit much. TONS of meetings about meetings about meetings instead of focusing on what we need to do. Very little focus on business value and delivery and a lot of aimless, confused stakeholders.

      One Size Fits All PTO Policy

      Pros

      Remote position and all equipment provided.

      Cons

      Micromanaged people to death. Toxic managers. Horrible HR. Everyone in the CES role is overworked and overwhelmed...and management refuses to hire additional help. Five people from the same team left within a 6 month timeframe, and another person left a month later. PTO is the same regardless of your situation. Whether you want time off for a trip to Disneyland or need time off when a parent dies...they will not make any exceptions to the time off policy. They are in the process of being sued by a former employee for ADA violations.
