      Pros

      Set hours are 8:30-5pm, M-F, some overtime available depending on workload. Great benefits such as 3-4 weeks PTO. I

      Cons

      Lots of changes with management and structure of the company. Did not provide confidence in job security. Hours were 37.5 so no full 40 hour work week pay check.

      Pros

      100% remote position. Great benefits (flexible PTO, affordable insurance, better than average family leave). I've never had better work life balance. Great people and management. Stress is shared and never an over burden.

      Cons

      Little to no room to grow, promotions are not frequent. Annual increase in pay is typically no more than 2%.
