Pros

Aon is a great company with good pay and excellent benefits.

Cons

Aon is a big company that has many of the pains of being a big company, but is relatively nimble with quite a bit of control in their employees' hands.

Pros

Flexible working and after cutting pay 20% during the covid 19 pandemic, Aon reverted employees' pay back to what it was before they cut it

Cons

You will get a real pay cut each year No pay rise on promotion...I know... New hires always paid more that loyal employees Obsession with time sheets A whole list of reasons / excuses to dock bonuses, example being late weekly time-sheet submission One of the UKs worst pension contributions (6.5%)
